Here's how the process works in a few simple steps:

  If you need ideas, contact us and we'll direct you to some of our partners' websites. If you already know what you're looking for, send us an image or description of what interests you.

• Determine your budget.

  Tell us what you can spend and we will do our best to maximize your value per dollar. Always.

  Remember, no one will ask you for money until you make a decision. Ever.

• Let's talk.

  We can exchange ideas and make suggestions. Ask us anything. Let's make sure we're on the same page about what you want.

• Together we'll determine the best approach.

  That will vary depending on the type of piece you want, but "together" is the operative word.

  You will never experience a hard sell approach from .

• Our team goes to work.

  Depending on the piece we're making for you, we'll meet and talk several times, making you to be part of the process. You will meet with our gemologist and be involved in the physical selection and inspection of stones and mountings. Private viewings for valuable pieces and gems are currently available (by appointment only) in a private office located at the Gem Tower (50 West 47th Street, NYC).

Once all the components are in place, we'll put our jewelers to work crafting your piece. Our team will be there to do quality inspections as needed along the way.
